Mobile People
The identity of Mobile People needed a brush up. The user oriented scenario based approach to mobile application development wasn’t really being communicated through the corporate brand. It was time to take the people out of the logo and put it into the rest of the identity.
Having worked withe the mobile applications company Mobile People since it was founded in 2001. The 2009 branding exercise was all about taking the people out of the logo and putting it into the rest of the identity elements. The logo got a tight and solid typographical fix – still emphasizing the people part. Along with the new logo, the tag line “The next big thing in mobile technology is not technology – it’s people.” and the presence of real people as opposed to icons in the case and scenario descriptions was introduced.
The next big thing in mobile technology is not technology – it’s people.
